The Sales Director Assistant acts as a pivotal support function within the commercial division, ensuring that sales operations are seamlessly executed and strategically aligned. This position emphasizes the management of sales resources, the integrity of customer data, and the operational efficiency of the sales team.
Sales Resource Management (Core Focus)
- Monitor the utilization and quality of sales resources; identify discrepancies and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Administer the allocation and distribution of leads in a timely and equitable manner.
- Guarantee that the sales force is consistently equipped with pricing policies, and promotional materials.
External Relations & Communication
- Draft professional correspondence, including emails, invitations, announcements, and official communication documents.
- Provide organizational and communication support to the Sales Director during client and partner engagements.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events, client workshops, and brand activations.
Executive Support to the Sales Director
- Execute ad- hoc administrative and operational assignments as delegated by the Sales Director.
- Track project deadlines, monitor sales team performance, and facilitate internal communications.

- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self- motivated, reliable, and collaborative in team settings.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel; prior exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final- year student) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines (0–1 years of experience).
