Location: Vietnam
Position: Sales Director
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Coordinate with CRM supervisor in all aspects relating to customer relationship management system
• Manage sales weekly and monthly report
• Support / coordinate with marketing team in local and oversea marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
• Manage subordinates in sales team
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Coordinate with Accounting Department on Account Receivables;
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales target, account receivables, customer relationship goals.
• relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
• Develop new customers / prospects through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and
(i.e. customer profile, relationship enhancement, records…)
