Sales Designer

JOB MISSION:

Design and develop graphic materials to support Trade Marketing activities in the Modern Trade channel.
Ensure the brand image stands out consistently at points of sale and effectively supports product display, promotional programs, and sales activation initiatives.

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:
Brand Identity & POSM, POP , GIFTS , Design:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent, professional brand visuals.
Create banners, posters, backdrops, standees, and catalogues for marketing and seminar purposes.
Design cosmetic packaging (boxes, labels, rack , layout ….etc.).

Campaign & Communication Design:

Participate in creating visuals for promotional programs, events, and seminars.
Develop key visuals and advertising materials for Facebook, TikTok, shopee , Zalo mini App …
Deliver creative designs that align with brand positioning and guidelines.

Basic Video Editing & Production:

Edit seminar footage, training videos, and product introduction clips.
Edit short promotional videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube (training provided).
Optimize videos for each platform’s specifications and best practices.

Design Tools & AI Utilization:

Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
Skilled in Canva for rapid design production.
Experienced with CapCut and Adobe Premiere for video editing.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, SketchUp Pro

Collaboration & Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest design trends in the beauty and personal care industry
Work closely with the Marketing team to execute creative ideas.

Requirments:

Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or related fields.
Experience applying AI tools in design is a mandatory preferred advantage.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Knowledge of printing standards and cosmetic product packaging design is a significant advantage.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software (Blender/SketchUp).
Strong skills in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Ability to use Canva for quick design tasks.
Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and solid understanding of branding.

Probation: 2 months of probation with full salary
