Sales Consultant – Luxury Fashion

Customer Care: Build long- term relationships, maintain a professional image, and deliver a “5- star” customer experience.
Events & Showcases Participation: Support fashion shows, workshops, and cultural–fashion events organized by Byfas.
Sales Tracking & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports for management.
Product Management & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom is always elegant, refined, and aligned with luxury visual standards.
Consulting & Sales: Introduce and sell high- end fashion products for men and women, including couture áo dài, silk accessories, and made- to- order services tailored to customer needs (Suits, Dresses, Áo Dài, etc.).
Styling & Personalization: Provide style consultations, outfit coordination, and share knowledge about silk materials and the cultural heritage of Vietnamese áo dài.

1–2 years’ experience in luxury fashion / jewelry / hospitality 5★.
Excellent communication & client service skills.
Stylish, professional presence.
English communication (other languages a plus).
Passion for fashion, silk, and Vietnamese heritage.

Growth path: Consultant → Senior → Store Manager.
