❖ Job Description:
The successful candidate will primarily utilize the Salesforce platform to manage and drive sales activities, as follows:
Client Acquisition:
● Request documents and process contracts, and notify promotions (if any) to customer
● Identify, engage, and onboard new clients seeking pre- incorporation & post- incorporation services.
● Resolve any issues arising from customers/forwarders/ third parties related to order processing.
● Consult and answer customer inquiries via phone/ website/ email and OTT apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Skype, Line, etc.), video call, in- person meeting
Relationship Management:
● Establish trust- based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
● Foster long- term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Needs Analysis:
● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross- sell to clients.
● Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate services tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
Sales targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
Collaboration: Coordinate processing and operations departments in the sales consulting process
Planning & Reporting:
● Plan and request sales by week, month, and quarter.
● Perform data entry, processing, monitoring and reporting on the Salesforce system.
● Make weekly sales reports and the number of tickets
Perform other tasks as required by the Sale Manager

❖ Job Qualifications:
● Clear voice, no lisp or stuttering
● Ability to negotiate, persuade, and communication skills
● Proficient in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
● Good organization & coordinating skills. Good command of spoken & written English;
● Having sales experience in professional firms (especially international firms) providing consulting services for establishing a business; corporate services or other relevant services would be advantageous.
● Final- year student or graduate from university with a major in law (specializing in business law, international trade law), business administration, economics, commerce, and finance;
● Ability to work overtime when assigned.
● Strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
● Ability to work independently, proactively, good improvisation;
