Sales Consultant and Marketing Advisor – International Education

Job Summary

To provide key market analysis for new product development and marketing strategies.
To manage and drive the sales activity for the services within the Sprachcaffe / GEOS family of schools.

Specific Duties

To assist in the recruitment of new students, agents etc.
To keep the database (CRM) and other records of agreement and correspondence
To respond to enquiries from agents and students
To maintain good relations with existing study abroad agents and other channels
To attend promotional trips, trade fairs and visit agents at their offices
To assist in the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, websites and social media
To deliver market analysis, produce statistical data on students and agents

Experience in the language travel business is crucial for this role.

Prepared to work and travel independently
Hardworking, bright and friendly, creative and imaginative
Very good level spoken and written Vietnamese, English and/or other languages
An understanding of foreign cultures
Experience in the sales business field within the international education business (at least 1 year)
Organization and IT skills, well- structured and meticulous
Well- educated graduate, excellent communication/presentation skills, charming, smart dress, with outgoing personality
Commercial approach, negotiation skills, and a tenacious approach to getting the “deal”
A “can do” attitude
Willingness to learn, able to take criticism and be self- critical
Understanding of profitability
Experience in developing existing business as well as generating new business
Able to deliver market analysis to inform sales, product development and strategic goals
