Sales B2B (Software)

Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs;
Achieve agreed sales targets;
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Present, promote, and sell Litos services;
Reach out to customer leads generated by the inside sales team or from marketing activities.
Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts;
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate the market effectively;

Have at least 2 years of experience in sales at software outsourcing companies in international markets;
Fluent in English skills.
Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
Demonstrate strong business acumen, proficiency in operations, and exceptional problem- solving skills;
Processes’ ability to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus, and drive the implementation of related changes.
Holds University/ College Degree in Business Management or a related field;

Income: Basic Salary: 15.000.000 – 20.000.000 VND/month (KPI) + Bonus + Commissions + Allowance;
