Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
Restock shelves and manage inventory levels
Sales- driven with a positive attitude
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
