Develop and maintain sales policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency across the sales organization.
Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Accounts Receivables and/or Payments, including laytime, freight differential & etc
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Design and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict sales trends and inform business decisions.
Prepare reports, month- end closing data related to departments in tabular format, together with invoices and title documents for accounts departments, also as per orders from senior/ BOD
Manage and optimize sales tools and technologies (CRM, SAP, BI, etc.) to support the sales team and improve productivity.
Build and manage stock of material and finished goods to ensure on- time delivery and but low at stock level.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize sales operations and maximize revenue generation.
Manage and ensure accuracy of all shipping documents (including B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, surveyor certifications) and payment which are issued by suppliers or external vendors.
Other tasks assigned by the Managers/ BOD
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
Provide assistance in the planning of cargo shipments, including vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge port agent appointment, load/discharge operations, and closely follow up with cargo status and provide suggestions to the trader or management if needed.
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and ensure cross- functional alignment.
Undertake other ad- hoc assignments as and when required by the Operations Department
