Sales Assistant (Farm)

Monitor forms, check and update operational status within the company’s farm system.
Collect data reports from farms and prepare daily consolidated reports.
Compile and prepare expense invoices and supporting documents from departments for the accounting team.
Input data into the SAP system and Pig On system.
Compile and prepare monthly production reports for each farm (sow farms, finishing farms,..).

Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience in sales support or technical support within the livestock or veterinary industry is preferred (Open to fresh graduates).
Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine.
