Sales And Trade Marketing Manager

• Sales:
- Setting up sales KPIs and sales plan for all channels (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly).
- Participating in the development of Key Account Strategy, trading contract & conditions, business planning and progress monitoring.
- Responsible for the sales target, stock, money/ cash, and goods at the store.
- Manage all sales channels (Modern Trade/GT/E- commerce).
- To build up and maintain good relationships with customers (Super/Hyper/CVS).
- Responsible for listing products into Super/Hyper/CVS.
• Marketing:
- Ensure that the merchandising campaigns are executed effectively in order to increase the visibility of products at the store.
- Planning and controlling budget of Sales & Marketing.
- Utilize appropriate point- of- purchase materials.
- Accomplish marketing objectives by implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs.
- Responsible in the development of Key Account/GT/Ecom marketing plan, merchandising promotion and other activities.

- Experience: At least 8- year experience in sales especially in Modern Trade, Trade Marketing in FMCG or related industries and at least 3 years in manager level.
- Good command of English.
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Computer skill: Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint
Willing to travel for short business trips if necessary.
