Job description
- Drive the sales and achieve targets in sale volume, market share, revenue.
- Analyze and monitor current market condition and competitor information.
- Prepare and control budget of Sales & Marketing Department.
- Manage all sale channels.
- Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs.
- Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual sales & marketing budget.
- Manage and co- operate as well as negotiate with the domestic distributor in general trade and modern trade.
- Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage.
- Manage communications with customers and consumers.
* Qualifications
- Willing to travel for short business trips.
- Experience: At least 8- year experience in sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, trade marketing in FMCG or F&B or related industries and at least 3 years in manager level.
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Business Adminstration, Marketing or related fields.
- Good command of English.
- Computer skill: Microsoft office.
