• Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates.
• Plan, execute and attend business meetings/events, proactively seek for new business.
• To be the contact point between clients and internal teams, liaise with customers/vendors on development of the standard operating procedures.
• Provide quotes/rates to customer or overseas office.
• Promptly handle customer/team business enquires.
• Attend to freight management and rates negotiation.
• Identify and hunt for new prospect business.
• Joint sales visit to resolve operations issue when necessary.
• Other ad hoc duties/tasks.
• Achieve sales target by formulating service product, pricing and business development strategy.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Prefer experience with 1- 3 years in freight forwarding company.
• Possess FCL work experience in USA/Canada/Europe trade lane.
• Good collaboration and multitasking skills, highly discipline and can take the pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication skill is required.
• Business mindset with strong drive to achieve sales result with reward.

Base salary depending on experience, capability, and ability to meet KPIs for the role (per the business policy): VND 7,000,000 – 35,000,000 + Bonus in accordance with the business policy.
