SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ SPECIALIST

Duties and responsibilities:

Help customers maximize the use of software features.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Recognize, gather and document detailed the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
Staying up- to- date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Construct sales pitches and presentations.
Negotiate price for the sale.
Other assignments as requirements.
Ensuring solutions meet client business needs and requirements.
Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers&039; systems and processes.
Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.
Negotiate a commercial agreement.
Advise on appropriate user training.
Takes orders over the phone and in person.

Who is the perfect fit?

Careful, meticulous, high responsibility and have effective organizational skills
Good communication in English is required
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
At least 1- 2 years relevant experience (Big bonus if experienced in IT industry)
Experience in Business Analyst or similar jobs is highly desirable
Able to work under pressure
Good analytical and problem solving skills
