Kurtz Ersa Vietnam was established in 2018 with headquarter in HCMC, two demo centers in HCMC and BacNinh Province. We now are looking for a sales admin to join us in Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam with the job description below.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Accounting, Service, Warehouse) to ensure timely order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics thru SAP, ensure accurate inventory levels. Monitor stock movements, conduct periodic audits, and reconcile physical stock with system data
• Handle shipping documents and customs- related paperwork for imports, exports and goods delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and support sales activities when required, follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and payment status
• Prepare sales quotations, contracts, sales orders, invoices, and related documents
• Maintain and update customer information, sales data, and reports in the system
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Operation Manager Office Administration & Operations:
• Support internal events, travel arrangements (cars/ flights/hotels), and visa applications for international experts or management.
• Ensure the workplace complies with the Group’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Manage general office operations, including equipment maintenance, stationery, and facility management.
