Budget & Performance – summarizing data and managing the sales contract execution:
• Support the control over sales budgets and performance metrics (Volume/CMI).
• Support the preparation of comprehensive monthly sales forecast reports and track overall sales progress.
• Monitor and manage CRM/SFA data and systems accuracy.
Contract & Documentation Management:
• Handle all contract procedures (ledger entry, credit application/approval).
• Manage customer Credit status, Position (Inventory/Stock), and ensure compliance with export management procedures.
Order Coordination & Processing:
• Manage the order and stock of the packing materials in accordance with the production plan.
• Manage the end- to- end order processing workflow, including quotation, invoicing, and deposit management.
Demand Confirmation (Pre- Contract):
• Confirm logistics and delivery feasibility (shipping from stock vs. requiring new production, and available production volume).
• Validate sales capacity (monthly tonnage capacity).
Execution (Post- Contract):
• Adjust production plans with the factory as needed and coordinate the management/disposal of stagnant (long- term) inventory.
• Coordinate closely with the Production Planning Department to align sales and production schedules.
Risk & Compliance Support:
• Support risk management activities, especially those related to hedging operations and ensuring proper documentation for order deposits.
* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri and Sat every other week
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Understanding of sales and export/import procedures, commercial contracts, and shipping documentation.
- Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate level)
- Age: 25- 35
- Basic financial acumen related to budgeting and sales performance analysis
- Minimum of 4- 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, or a similar coordination role within the sales function.
- Proven experience in a role requiring complex process management and cross- departmental coordination
- Proficiency in using SCM, CRM, and SFA systems for reporting and data management.
