Sales Admin Leader

Team Management:

Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor performance of the Sales Admin team.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance on sales administration and customer service.

Sales Support:

Track delivery schedules and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
Supervise and validate price updates, including price increases, reductions, and internal/export price adjustments.
Manage quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and sales- related documents.
Support preparation of bidding documents, technical files, catalogs, and sales materials.
Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and approval processes.

Customer Service & Technical Coordination:

Collaborate with the Technical & Design Team to provide technical explanations, usage guidance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose improvements to enhance service quality.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to products and solutions.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

Analyze data to propose solutions for improving efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports on sales administration activities, customer service, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to optimize workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or other related technical fields.
• Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written).
• 2- 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Good Computer skill (MS office – Work, Excel, PPT)
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast- paced environment and deadline meeting.
• Good administrative tasks; well- organized, independently and problem solving skill.
