About Us:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth customer interaction, and contributing to revenue growth.

• Customer Management:
Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, and provide explanations.
Receive and manage customer inquiries and requests, including CJ Affiliates Customers (Vietnam & Overseas).
Prepare quotations and sales contracts based on customer specifications.
• Project Management:
Handle all project documentation, including sales contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Follow invoice and payment schedules with customers and ensure timely collections.
Manage and support the execution of assigned projects.
Forecast project revenue and profit for the entire year.
Collaborate with Sales Team leaders to develop project proposals and plans. Analyze and calculate pricing for typical projects, particularly software projects.
• Administrative and Reporting:
Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Assist with finding outsourcing personnel for projects when needed.
Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records.
Assist with monthly closing activities.
• Collaboration:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with Heads/Leaders in other departments to develop project plans and ensure smooth execution.
• Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as requested by the CEO, Managers, and Sales Team leaders.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
• Proficient in English; Korean language is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, agility, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent problem- solving and time- management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Assistant, or Administrator in a similar environment.
• Ability to use the SAP B1 system is a significant advantage.

Working Environment
