In this role, you will do market researches, file customer information, manage client accounts and customer service. You should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. You need to understand sales performance metrics and sales administrative. It is an advantage if you are anime- savvy and have an eye for design as crafting business proposals is one of daily talks.

To become the “No.1 Creative studio”, we are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to serve as a point of contact for our sales teams internally and clients with queries about potential engagements, proposals, and administrate the projects set up from our HCMC office.
Responsibilities:
- receive and processing requests from internal work teams and clients.
- do market researches, report industries update, analyze business field trends, source commercial events for networking and new business development opportunities.
- support the sales department with other administrative tasks when requested.
- maintain and update exchanges from/to internal teams and clients, direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Requirements:
- experience in sales administration or a similar role, good knowledge of administrative sales.
- relationship skills, ability to influence, engage and inspire clients and project team members.
- good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- experience with animation, comic, character marketing, IP industry… is a plus.
- good written, verbal communication and receptive listening communication skills.
- ability to collaborate across organizational teams with all levels.
- innovative thinking and aptitude that challenges new things and daily updates.
- ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion.
- hold a degree in business or similar.
