Sales Admin

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain customer relationships through after- sales support
Proceed with customer orders as the company&039;s procedure (This task will be trained later)
Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department
Manage customer data, documents and orders on CRM and Shared Drive
Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are delivered on time

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor&039;s degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, etc.
Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask
Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem- solving skills
At least 1 years of work experience in related fields such as Customer Service, Corporate Services, Data Entry, etc.
Familiar with documentation and CRM system
Good knowledge of MS Office
