Sales Admin (10-Month Contract)

Be responsible for supporting Non- life Insurance business activities for clients

Being in charge of insurance policies as assigned
Preparing reports, presentations as instructed and translating sales & marketing documents as required
Promoting & following up clients’ information declaration, confirmation and premium payments
Calculating premium for policies and endorsements
Implementing client data management process in the data management system of the Company
Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure that insurance policies, endorsements and related documents are issued on time

Experience in the Sales – Marketing field/ Insurance industry is preferable.
Fluent English is a must.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
Graduation with a major in Insurance/ Finance/ Banking/ Economics is an advantage.
