Roles:
The AR Accountant will perform routine functions of Accounts Receivable including Customer Maintenance, AR Collection & Overdue process, Sales Order Release, Month End Close & Reporting and Audit.
Responsibilities:
Make sure all of the Ad Hoc tasks related to Sales & AR assigned from superior are finished as per expectations.
Perform AR Collection Management Process (Daily Collection Identification, Receipt & Apply, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports, AR Customer Confirmation, AR Support Policy, etc) and AR Overdue Management Process (terms of payment and bad debt, etc.) and make sure those are done smoothly and comply with Company Regulations.
Process Sales Order Release for Current AR Overdue & Rebate/Dealer Support for AR Deduction as per Company Regulations and make sure those was performed timely as well as considering AR Collection Management.
Provide documents related to AR (both hardcopy and softcopy) based on requests.
Perform month- end closing and reporting relating to Sales & AR Transaction Processes, Journals, Accruals, and AR and Sales Reporting as per scheduled and make sure it’s performed accurately and finished timely.
Assist in Audits Process (both Internal and External Audit) by providing data- related AR (both hardcopy and softcopy) in order to achieve smooth and timely Audit Completion.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Willing to work overtime based on needs.
Team player, self- driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills and highly adaptable to a fast- paced environment.
Good at Ms Office, iERP and other finance system, including Excel for data analysis.
Good in English, both oral and written.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field, Proficiency in written and spoken English, proficiency in using MS office.
