Other assigned tasks.
Support the development team to communicate with the client if necessary.
Involved in contract, invoice, bill, and payment processing.
Communicate with clients, collect and analyze all requirements and information.
Involve in the welcome process when a client visits.
Follow the lead generation process, and convert potential customers to our clients.

Nice to have experience in Sale
Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google skills.
Excellent English writing skills and willingness to use them
Excellent English verbal communication skills
Ability to self- motivate and work independently. Motivational. Creative. Persuasiveness. Willingness to experiment
Presentation skill
JLPT (N2 – up); native speaking is additional
