- Assists the Sales Executive in handling P/O, whereby ensures that the prices are correctly stated;- Handles incoming phone calls and provides professional information to the callers;- Makes cold calls to prospective clients to introduce ourselves and to fix appointment for the Sales Executive to elaborate introduction;- Generates quotations provided by the Sales Executive and ensures that the clients received the quotation;- Helps the Sales Executive to monitor the client’s sales order, buying pattern and reminds the Sales Executive to follow up through site;- Generates reports such as Daily Sales Update, Daily Sales Quantity, 3 Months Sales Stock Report, customer vs Sales Executive;- Consolidation of Daily Activity Report and Negotiation Monitoring Form to be forwarded to CEO.- Performs new client’s data entry in to SQL system in a timely manner- Helps Sales Executive to analyse and expand product range within current client;- Updates project information and generates latest update onto the main board.- Prepare Memorandum and Minutes of Meeting related to Sales Department.

- Minimum educational qualification/ level: College Graduate
- Right Attitude and willing to learn, Follow up skill
- Soft skills: Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set
- Possess effective organizational and follow- up skills
- Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
- Minimum years of related working experience: 1 Years
- Any others: English , Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)
