Safety & Security Coordinator

Security
• Responsible for the daily cross- check of all transaction records from the weighbridge, security camera, security gate records, Interflour Transport system … and ensure immediate reporting of any suspicious records observed to the Manager for resolution.
• Conduct random patrols to supervise actual people’s activities to ensure compliance with security requirements, regulations, and SOPs by maintaining a visible presence on the site through field visits of the entire site at least three times per shift.
• Ensure that any suspicious activities such as data manipulation, breaking security procedures, pilferage, and/or non- compliance observed are recorded and reported immediately to the Manager for resolution.
• Coordinate timely with related PICs of departments to resolve emergency cases on duty shift.
• All feedback/complaints/non- compliance from customers/drivers/contractors must be reported to the Person In Charge (PIC) on time for resolution and recording.
Safety (OHS)
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and enforce preventative measures.
• Organize safety training sessions for contractor workers and employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes.
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non- conformity.
• Maintain all required safety and compliance documentation.
• Monitor, record and report the list of occupations bound by strict requirements for occupational safety and health, fire fighting, fire alarm systems, rescue, and evacuation equipment… to ensure compliance with legal requirements and that they are in good condition for operation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety WI, SOP and regulation.
Other works
• Check documentation to register and update the contractor/truck/people in/out on the access control system as per regulation.
• Operate and coordinate with related departments to maintain the Intrusion Prevention Camera System in good condition for operating and preventing unauthorized entrance to IFV’s premises in a timely manner.

• More than 2 years of experience in a similar position with equivalent responsibilities is an advantage.
• University/ College/ Intermediate degree
