RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)

As an in- house service provider, Bosch Service Solutions Vietnam supports the Bosch Group in areas including Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Security, L1/L2 IT Support, Human Resources Shared Services, Web Content Management, Quality Management as well as Translation/Interpreter services.
We pool administrative tasks and ensure efficient processes and improve the entire service chain using automation solutions such as RPA and AI.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Power Apps Development (70%)
• Integrate automation workflows with systems such as SQL Server and other enterprise tools
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure code quality standards
• Maintain and support existing bots and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to deliver end- to- end automation solutions
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
Power Automate Development (15%)
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and third- party applications.
• Create and manage approval workflows, scheduled flows, and event- driven automation.
• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows to optimize business operations.
• Ensure workflows are optimized for performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation solutions.
General Responsibilities (10%)
• Stay up to date with new features in RPA tools and continuously improve skills
• Provide training and support to end users for RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure governance, security, and compliance with company standards.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
SQL Server Back- End Development (5%)
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and reliability.
