Room Attendant

Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service and exceed guests’ expectations.
Keep linen room neat and in good order.
Do turndown service when required.
Report maintenance deficiencies to the Captain or Supervisor.
Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Supervisor.
Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ request.
Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.
Clean and provide supplies to guest rooms according to standards and procedures.
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas.
Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
Liaise with Mini- Bar Supervisor and Front Desk Team for billing and settlement.
Promote the hotel products and services.
Maintain good working relationships with own associates and all other departments.
Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
Carry out other tasks as directed by Floor Supervisor and Management.
Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.

Extensive knowledge of room and bathroom amenities and cleaning chemicals.
High School Diploma in General Education or Vocational Training Diploma in a related field preferred.
Good customer care skills.
Good physical health.
Basic English communication skills.
Passion for service excellence.
At least one year experience as a Room Attendant or equivalent in upscale hotels and/or resorts.
