Revit Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SMaRT Bridge: a plug- in developed by Company, a conversion tool that bridges Company and Revit applications.

Be able to lead the Revit team to perform tasks accurately and effectively
Utilizing SMaRT Bridge for importing and exporting files between Company and Revit as per customer requests
Coordinate model checks with Revit across architecture, structural, and M&E disciplines to identify design issues
Create and maintain the Revit family library in compliance with Company&039;s BIM standards
Perform product testing and escalating any feature and bug tickets to Product/Engineering team
Perform additional duties as assigned by Hiring Manager
Create Revit families and map them with Company&039;s objects
Ensure the quality of imported and exported files before delivering to customers
Assist other teams by extracting data from Revit for different formats (2D CAD, FBX, IFC, etc.)
Create and manage adaptable Revit templates for various project scenarios
Work closely with Product and Engineering team on the development of SMaRT Bridge

REQUIREMENTS:

Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork across various projects.
Other data platforms: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo and 3DsMax is a plus
Organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple work streams and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead, and develop high- performing teams.
Years of hands- on experience in the same position: more than 3 years. However, candidates with less than 3 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply if they are confident in their expertise, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the role.
A strong work ethic and self- motivation, with the ability to proactively work effectively with minimal supervision
Exceptional English skills to be able to communicate with Product and Engineering team.
