The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence across assigned retail stores. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, strict compliance with brand standards, effective inventory control, and high customer experience in line with the company’s retail strategy.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance & Store KPI Management
Implement retail sales plans across assigned stores.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor key retail KPIs including:
Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.
Sales per day / per store
Units per transaction (UPT)
Average transaction value (ATV)
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
Sell- through rate
Conversion rate
Ensure proper execution of pricing, promotions, and markdown strategies.
Store Operations & Brand Standards
Monitor staff discipline, service attitude, and grooming standards.
Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards are consistently executed.
Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse to ensure smooth replenishment.
Supervise daily retail operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Maintain store presentation aligned with brand image.
Inventory & Stock Management
Analyze sell- through performance by SKU and category.
Optimize stock allocation between stores to minimize slow- moving items.
Monitor stock levels and product rotation across stores.
Coordinate with Planning & Production on replenishment forecasts.
Ensure stock accuracy and supervise periodic stock counts.
Customer Experience & CRM
Support development of VIP customer programs and clienteling strategy.
Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
Ensure high service standards across all retail locations.
Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase and customer retention.
Promotions & Retail Activation
Monitor promotional performance and ROI.
Execute promotional campaigns and in- store activations.
Coordinate with Marketing for POS materials and communication.
Team Supervision & Training
Support recruitment of store staff when required.
Train and coach store teams on:
Product knowledge
Styling and cross- selling
Sales techniques
Motivate teams to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Reporting
&
Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
Report store performance and improvement plans to Retail Sales Manager.
Pop- up & Short- Term Retail Development Support
Assist the Retail Sales Manager in preparing basic sales projection and operational requirements for pop- up proposals.
Actively identify and propose opportunities for pop- up stores, short- term retail activations, and temporary selling spaces in shopping malls, department stores, and strategic locations, as well as other opportunities such as agents, KOLs, … .
Conduct initial site assessments including foot traffic observation, customer profile, and brand fit.
Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency of pop- up stores during the activation period.
Coordinate operational setup and execution of approved pop- up locations.
Provide post- event performance report and recommendations.
