KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Restaurant Operations
Handle guest issues quickly and professionally while protecting the brand experience.
Lead the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operation.
Maintain service flow, cleanliness, atmosphere, and execution standards.
Guest Experience
Monitor guest feedback and drive effective service recovery when needed.
Stay present on the floor and ensure warm, attentive hospitality.
Build relationships with returning guests and strengthen loyalty.
Sales & Business Performance
Track daily sales and required operating figures on reporting sheets.
Think and act with full store P&L responsibility.
Implement practical ideas to increase revenue, upselling, and repeat visits.
Analyze peak hours, sales mix, average spending, and performance gaps.
Cost, Stock & Inventory Control
Plan roster allocation based on expected sales to control COL without damaging quality.
Monitor labor cost, food cost, and other operating expenses against target.
Manage stock accuracy, ordering discipline, waste control, and inventory safety levels.
Team Leadership & Training
Identify talent, develop future leaders, and build a reliable team culture.
Coach supervisors and team leaders to raise department performance.
Train and reinforce MiRi Hôm standards, discipline, and leadership behaviors.
Reporting & Collaboration
Update leadership on short- , mid- , and long- term progress in a timely manner.
Work closely with office teams and management to improve operational performance.
Support a healthy workplace where people can grow and contribute meaningfully.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem- solving, and decision- making ability.
Comfortable using numbers to manage sales, labor, and cost performance.
Experience at Supervisor or Restaurant Manager level in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or chain operations.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Strong passion for culinary, hospitality, and people development.
Independent, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
