Organize staff to follow the approved standard procedures. Make changes, improve processes as needed
Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant
Implement and supervise the implementation of personnel policies and regulations of the restaurant
Build quality staff next door for the restaurant management board
Organizing training personnel, assigning work and assessing the quality of personnel
Plan the restaurant&039;s staffing needs and submit to the FBM for approval
Build a team that meets the defined job requirements
Coordinate with related departments to develop marketing plan for restaurants and organize the implementation according to the approved plan
General manage with assigned authority will represent the restaurant to sign contracts with related partners
Develop a plan to implement the targets of sales, profit assigned
Monitor the use of the restaurant&039;s brand identity system and make changes accordingly
Monitor daily revenue and expenditure reports
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 1 year Experience in similar position.
Guest passion and a problem solving skills.
Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
Good knowledge in F&B, FB trends, with main focus in healthy and vegan food and beverage options, a business developer who can manage multiply outlets, trains the team and is well organized.
Exceptional communication skills English and Vietnamese, verbally and written.
