Guest Programming & Education
In conjunction with Marketing colleagues, develop communications and promotional plans for nature- related activities
Design and lead interpretive nature tours, wildlife walks, and educational, entertaining workshops tailored for adults, children, and families
Support resort events and seasonal campaigns with enriching, environmentally themed content
Organise an on- going series of experiental activities for guests to deepen their understanding of Son Tra’s unique biodiversity
Environmental Strategy & Sustainability Practices
Lead or support Green Certification and work with the auditor to ensure success standards
Build the resort’s profile as an advocate for Son Tra biodiversity through partnership- based programming and outreach
Monitor the health of the resort’s wildlife population and liaise with authorities as necessary
Advise resort leadership on eco- conscious decision- making and infrastructure practices
Identify and nuture relationships with community groups/appropriate NGOs
Collaborate with engineering, housekeeping, and F&B teams to identify environmentally responsible improvements in daily operations
Staff Training & Internal Advocacy
Deliver biodiversity education and behavioural training for resort staff, management, and vendors to ensure protection of local ecosystems
Establish and communicate protocols for guest and staff behaviour around wildlife and natural areas
Assist the Marketing and F&B teams with sustainability storytelling and green messaging in guest- facing materials
Resort Stewardship & Brand Alignment
Contribute to the resort’s reputation as a world- class eco- conscious destination through consistent advocacy, education, and presence
Support internal communications and guest marketing with scientifically accurate, engaging environmental messaging
Collaborate with the Marketing team on initiatives that promote the resort’s environmental credentials across digital and print platforms

What we need from you:
Minimum 3 years of experience in wildlife conservation, zoology, or environmental science, with guest- facing or hospitality experience strongly preferred
University degree in relevant subject
Fluent in English; Vietnamese and additional languages are a plus
A sincere passion for nature, guest experience, and sustainable travel
Strong interpersonal and cross- cultural communication skills
Ability to educate and influence peers in eco- friendly behaviours and decisions
Demonstrated skills in experience development, public speaking, guiding tours, and presenting to diverse audiences
Ability to work outdoors; excellent organisational and planning skills
