Reservations Agents

Input all reservations accurately, in a timely manner and file all correspondences systematically.
Print to file and send 6 months history and forecast reports (include tentative and exclude tentative) in Text and PDF format to Singapore Head Office Revenue team.
Print deposit activity report and follow up payment.
2 Retrieve GDS, BT websites and 3rd parties’ websites bookings at least 3 times a day.
Reply all incoming emails within 24 hours.
Print 6 months detailed availability chart and send to all RMO offices in Excel format.
Print Reservations Trace report and follow up.
Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
Adopt a sales attitude and maximize room sales, spa sales and F&B sales for all properties.
Adhere to availability and rate/plan controls.
Maintain high level of product knowledge for the property.
Upkeep “Shared” drive and update the information properly.

- Good attitude and can work under pressure.

22 standard working days per month.
