Reservation Agent

- Answer client/ bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions,

- Good English communication skills in both verbal and writing
- Having experience in international 3- 5- star hotels at the same position is an advantage
- Strong capability to work independently and in a team as well as being able to work under pressure.
- Team player with supportive attitude
