Your Responsibilities

CI/CD Development: Define and apply visual brand identities and design guidelines for our clients.
Design Systems: Build, maintain, and scale modular design systems (e.g., in Figma).
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
UI Design: Create aesthetic, modern, and highly functional user interfaces for websites and landing pages.
Graphic Design: Design icons, illustrations, and digital assets to enrich user interfaces.
Web Design: Develop responsive layouts with a focus on conversion and user flow.
Prototyping: Create interactive click prototypes and visual mockups for internal reviews and team alignment.

Systemic Thinking: You approach design with a component- based mindset, using layout grids and reusable patterns.
Independence: You work independently, take initiative, and actively contribute to the success of each project.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI design or a related field.
Communication: Strong team communication skills in English
Tools: Proficient in Figma, with solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
Design Acumen: You don’t just spot great design—you can explain it and make it happen.

Nice to have:

Experience with Webflow or Framer
Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Runway
