The Inhouse Creator’s primary responsibility is to serve as a high- velocity content production engine, generating short- form video assets for testing content formats and driving high engagement.
Content Production & Execution (High- Velocity Output)
Daily Video Production: Produce and publish one (1) complete video asset per working day, totaling five (5) videos per week.
End- to- End Creation: Own the entire content pipeline for each video:
Captioning: Write engaging, platform- optimized captions and relevant hashtags for each video.
Edit: Perform all editing, sound design, and graphic overlay to meet the required quality standards.
Ideation: Develop new video concepts based on the content formats finalized by the PM team.
Publishing: Upload the video to the designated platform(s).
Shoot/Capture: Film or capture all necessary footage.
Quality Control & Adherence
Maintain rapid turnaround times, ensuring assets are delivered within 24 hours of concept approval.
Ensure all videos adhere strictly to the established Video output quality control guidelines set by the PM.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track & Update Metrics: Accurately track and update performance metrics (Views, Engagement Rate, Clicks, etc.) for all published videos into the central project database/tracker.
Proactively flag content that shows high- performance indicators (HPI) or low- performance indicators (LPI) to the PM.
Project Compliance
Requirements
Active and constructive participation in all required team check- ins and operational meetings.
Strictly adhere to the Project Timeline & Deliverables Management schedule.
Accurate, up- to- date tracking of video performance metrics in the central database.
Follow all project rules and maintain the highest level of KPI adherence as measured by the PM.
Deliverables
A minimum of 40 high- quality video assets delivered and published over the 8- week period.
Skills & Experience (Must- Haves)
Demonstrated ability to create short- form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with daily output capacity.
Strong copywriting for hooks, CTAs, and platform- optimized captions/hashtags.
Data literacy: can read and log views, ER, CTR, watch time; understands how to iterate based on signals.
Turnaround discipline: able to deliver within 24 hours of concept approval.
Reliable self- shooting capability: framing, lighting, clear audio, basic color correction.
Proficiency with at least one NLE: CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro (basic sound design and motion graphics/overlays).
Nice- to- Haves
Conversational level English or above.
On‑camera presence or voiceover strength; ability to collaborate with other talent.
Niche familiarity with performance content formats (edutainment, UGC product demos, POVs, listicles, duets/stitches).
Motion graphics familiarity (After Effects), thumbnail design (Canva/Figma).
Tooling & Technical Setup
Equipment: Smartphone (1080p/4K), tripod or stabilizer, basic lighting, and external mic (e.g., lavalier).
Connectivity: Stable internet (minimum 20 Mbps up/down) for upload within deadlines.
Software: Access to NLE + cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive) and project trackers (e.g., Notion/Sheets).
File hygiene: Follows naming conventions, exports to required specs (resolution, codec, aspect ratio, bitrate).
Availability & Communication
Uses the designated channels (e.g., Discord) and updates the tracker daily.
Available Mon–Fri with same- day response in working hours from 10AM- 7PM; reachable for standups/check- ins as scheduled.
