[Remote] 3D BIM Annotator Leader (English/Korean)

Team Leadership & Coordination

Monitor daily output, ensuring tasks are delivered within SLA.
Communicate effectively with the client in English to relay updates, resolve issues, and implement feedback.
Manage a team of 3 annotators, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
Provide technical guidance, performance feedback to team members and adherence to project quality standards.

Hands- On Annotation Work

Place and align anchor points to reduce spatial gaps between captures and drawings.
Receive and process assigned tasks from Client&039;s internal system.
Align 360° construction site images with floor plans and BIM models.

Quality Assurance

Uphold and improve accuracy benchmarks for the team.
Perform final checks on all team deliverables before delivery to the client.
Identify and correct misalignments, visual inconsistencies, or errors.

Proven experience in reading and interpreting architectural, civil, or interior design drawings.
Experience with BIM tools or 3D modeling.
Detail- oriented, able to work under tight deadlines.
Computer requirements (Applicant must provide their own equipment with equivalent performance):- Mac: 8- core CPU, 8- core GPU, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD- Windows: Intel i7- 13650HX, RTX 4060, minimum 32GB RAM, SSD512GB SSD (minimum 32GB RAM, and adedicated graphics card is required)- The computer must be able to load and process 3D models smoothly.
Strong communication skills in English.
Able to spot visual inconsistencies and misalignments quickly.
Korean proficiency is a big plus (not mandatory).

Salary package per month:- Gross salary: 15,000,000 – 17,000,000- Meal allowance: 500,000- Computer allowance: 1,000,000- Nigh shift allowance: 600,000- 825,000
