RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
Mô tả công việc
• Develop annual/quarterly/monthly recruitment plans based on the approved manpower needs.
• Handle urgent, hard- to- fill vacancies and resolve recruitment- related issues among departments.
• Develop, improve, and standardize recruitment processes for each position and stage.
• Advise on talent attraction strategies, and optimize recruitment budgeting and efficiency.
• Analyze workforce fluctuations, forecast hiring demand, and propose solutions to ensure workforce stability.
• Control hiring requests and approve job postings, screening activities, and interview arrangements.
• Expand and diversify recruitment channels (vocational schools, headhunters, job fairs, social media, etc.).
• Manage, train, and develop the recruitment team; assign KPIs and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Strong communication, interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in mass recruitment and multiple hiring channels.
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing companies with workforce scale from 1,000 employees or more.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory
• Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing platforms and workforce planning.
• Good leadership, coaching and problem- solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in English/Chinese communication
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent or high- volume hiring.
• Proficiency in MS Office;
