Recruitment Sourcer (Bangkok based)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
* Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates&039; technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
* Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Requirements:
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
* Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* In- depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win- win approach.
* 4+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
