JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing Recruitment Partners:
Evaluate the effectiveness of each partner and propose optimization solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners such as headhunting agencies and staffing vendors.
Negotiate contracts and partnership terms with recruitment agencies.
Implementing Recruitment Activities through Partners:
Manage candidate lists provided by partners, ensuring quality and recruitment timelines.
Collaborate with departments to identify hiring needs and create recruitment plans through partners.
Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of recruitment efforts from partners.
Expanding the Recruitment Network:
Create innovative and diverse recruitment channels to attract talent.
Develop and establish new recruitment partnerships to enhance hiring efficiency.
Managing Recruitment Budget via Partners:
Propose cost- saving solutions while maintaining recruitment quality.
Plan and control the budget for recruitment activities conducted through partners.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
Provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Monitor, analyze, and generate reports on recruitment activities through partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Analytical ability to assess recruitment effectiveness.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and recruitment management tools.
2- 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in managing recruitment partners.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Customer service mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
