Recruitment Officer

Take full responsibility for all tasks or issues related to human resources recruitment.
Notify candidates of interview schedules and other relevant details.
Perform other tasks as instructed and assigned by the HR Supervisor/HR Manager.
Connect and engage with potential candidates on social media and the company&039;s official website.
Screen and evaluate candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and identify suitable candidates.
Prepare documents and materials for the onboarding process of new employees.
Maintain records of profiles for potential candidates for future reference in subsequent recruitment rounds.
Post recruitment announcements on various platforms such as the company website, job portals, recruiting groups on Facebook, etc.
Organize interviews, including preparing the interview room, candidate profiles, conducting interviews following the established process.
Make employee cards for new employees.
Coordinate and organize job fairs.
Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.

Good at computer skills.
Team spirit and high sense of responsibility.
Open for fresher.
Have good interaction and negotiation skills, nice communication skill.
Background in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related major.
Character: Agile, resourceful, eager to learn, hard- working and honest.

Working time: Monday- Friday (8:00- 16:45)
