Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Data management and analysis: Manage candidate databases, track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data- driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling to sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and on- boarding. Ensure a high quality candidate experience by keeping candidates informed in timely manner.
Collaboration: Partner with department heads, hiring managers and portfolio companies to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and set realistic hiring goals.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract high- quality candidates.
Strategic Planning: Lead the design and implementation of tailored recruitment strategies to align with Earth VC&039;s objectives,
Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand by creating a compelling employee value proposition.
Support for Earth VC&039;s Portfolio Companies entering the Vietnamese market. Provide comprehensive support by delivering detailed salary reports, defining precise salary ranges for various positions, conducting in- depth labor market research, and constructing robust human resources plans for seamless execution.

Qualifications

Good Communication & Good corporate skill, negotiation skills.
Outstanding analytical and time management skills
Have business acumen, be strong in decision making, critical thinking, and be a good judge of people&039;s characteristics.
Work experience in the various business industries and Venture capital is an advantage
A creative, humorous & problem- solving person: work both independently and as part of a proactive team.
3- 5 years of relevant experience in startups or recruitment agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Legal, Business Administration, or similar.
