Mô tả công việc

Candidate Sourcing

Update and maintain candidate data accurately in the tracking system.
Use Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
Search for potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

Client/Market Research

Identify and collect data on target companies, hiring trends, and key decision- makers.
Support team in preparing client profiles and pitch material.
Build and update lists of potential clients in target industries (e.g., IT, finance, manufacturing, etc.).

Coordination & Support

Collaborate with team members on various recruitment or business development tasks as needed.
Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and tracking candidate progress.

Yêu cầu công việc

Familiar with LinkedIn and basic sourcing techniques (training will be provided).
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about recruitment and business.
