Job Responsibilities:
• Complete administrative and organizational assignments, reports, and support new initiatives, activities, and events.
• Maintain and coordinate hotel partnerships and networks for externships, field trips, and career placement.
• Coordinate alumni activities and support.
• Ensure special initiative Trainee recruitment objectives are met, including single mothers, learning- impaired youth, etc.
• Direct structured country- wide Trainee recruitment process, including partner development and program networking,
• Manage the STREETS Trainee ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• College or University Degree.
• 100% Non- smokers only.
Qualifications:
• 4 years of relevant professional experience in hospitality, consulting, or education, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.
• Demonstrated results- oriented and detail- focused.
• Flexible work schedule with travel required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment; a one- time relocation expense provided.
