Coordinating with other departments for special requests.
Introducing entertainment and hotel services to guests.
Managing sport teams, hotel&039;s activities.
Establishing and supervising daily activities, handicraft activities, team building, water sports and tour.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Guiding and Supervising colleagues&039; tasks in the working shift.
Handling guest complaints and escalade to manager if there is any arisen issues for proper solutions.
Coordinating, making plan, guiding indoor and outdoor activities, water sports, team building and tour to guests.
Ensure good conditions of equipment including gym, kids club, outdoor kids club, pools and beach area.
Respond to emergency cases.
Assist Recreation Manager in recruitment, training, assign working shift and supervising colleagues during working time.

• Graduated from College/University Hospitality or related field.
• Guest Complaint handling skill
• At least 2- 3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experiences, preferably experience in international 4- 5 star hotel/resort.
• Good command in English
• Excellent service oriented mind
