OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
• Coordinate with related departments to conduct and manage daily activities at resort.
• Be responsible for the administration and operation of Fitness Centre, Kidsdom.
• Responsible for developing the variety and quality of resort activities to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor activity participation levels and implement strategies to increase guest involvement and ancillary revenue generation.
• Manages purchasing equipment and supplies and keeping stock records
• Be responsible for achieving and maintaining the Quality KPI score of Recreation on online platforms and post- stay guest surveys.
• Logs incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
• Prepare budget and monthly forecasting.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols across all recreational facilities and activities to ensure guest well- being at all times.
• Collect and analyze daily and monthly guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhanced guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and mentor the recreation team, ensuring staff maintain consistent skills, knowledge, and follow brand standards.
• Develop and continuously improve the variety, quality, and creativity of resort activities, tailored to enhance guest engagement and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Checks that items supplied are to the quantity and the quality demanded and advises the management of any discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager in line with departmental needs.
• Propose monthly and quarterly promotion plans for newsletters and special occasions to enhance guest experience and engagement.
• Oversee the administration and daily operation of the Fitness Centre and Kidsdom, ensuring smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in excellent condition, coordinating timely repairs and preventive maintenance with Engineering.
• To be aware of all material and household supplies and expenditure and to encourage staff to avoid unnecessary waste.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery promptly and professionally, ensuring effective solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage a diverse range of daily resort activities in collaboration with related departments, maintaining seamless operations.
• Prepare reports on activity performance, guest feedback, and revenue results, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance staff capability and service delivery.
• Manage scheduling, resources, and budgets effectively to optimize efficiency and control operational costs.
