Receptionist/ Nhân Viên Lễ Tân

- Responsible to follow hotel Rules and Regulations and all operational procedures of the Front Office department.
- Greets and registers guests, provide prompt, courteous services and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, provides information regarding hotel facilities and guest accommodation to meet hotel international&039;s high standards of quality.
- Performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.
- Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues.

- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details.
- A team player person with an attitude to learn, service mindset, open and positive thinking
- Long- term career orientation with the hotel
- Experience in same position and experience using OPERA hotel system is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.

- 2 months of probation with FULL salary and service charge

- Work 8hours/day, 1.5 day off/week (by morning & afternoon shift, following hotel operation)

- Monthly salary and bonus 13th month salary at year end
