Receiver/Nhân Viên Nhận Hàng

GENERAL MISSION
• To monitor all goods movement; including food and beverage, stationery, other operatingequipment etc, in and out of the hotel and ensure that they are properly recorded.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
• To ensure that any goods coming into the hotel have been properly ordered and met thespecification (in quantity and quality).
• To ensure that all goods received in the hotel are accounted for and supported.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• To discharge his/her duties in an effective and efficient manner.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that goods are promptly moved to Stores or the concerned department oncereceived.
• To ensure that all goods received in the Hotel are properly supported by valid hotel purchaseorders.
• To be responsible for recording and distributing reports as required.
• To closely monitor with the Purchasing Officer all pending or partial deliveries.
• To examine both quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with relatedDepartment Heads before accepting delivery.
• To ensure that outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for.
RELATIONS
• To coordinate with the purchasing department in regards to delivery issues.
• To maintain a good relationship with suppliers and other departments.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated byhigher management.

- Graduated from Vocational/College/University in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Hospitality or related field with similar experiencepreferably in international 4- 5 star hotels/resorts.
- Working English level

- 05 working days or 40 hrs per week / Làm việc 05 ngày hoặc 40 giờ một tuần.
- Meal Allowance on duty ( 03 meals per day if stay at staffhouse )
