Knowledge
Interdisciplinary Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business users, fostering a cohesive environment where innovative ideas can be translated into actionable projects.
Data- Driven Mindset: A deep understanding of data analysis, interpretation, and utilization to drive decision- making in R&D projects, ensuring that prototypes and innovations are grounded in data insights.
Business Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between technical R&D efforts and business requirements, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders and aligning technological innovations with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related scientific.
Coding Proficiency: Proficient in coding languages relevant to AI and prototyping (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to not only understand but also collaborate effectively with the technical team.
Expertise in AI and Technology: Strong background and practical experience in AI foundation models, machine learning, and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess their feasibility and application in product development.

Experience
10+ years of relevant experience in product development and R&D support, with a demonstrated track record of scientific and leadership responsibilities.
