R&D Automotive Manager

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)
We open both local and expat talents for this position. The detail requirement as below information:

Supporting Production departments for Improvement of projects.
Establishing, implementation, maintaining and ensuring continual improvement of quality management system to conform to IATF16949 standard.
Technical budget, projects transferred to mass production.
R&D for competitive products, process, material, and machines as well as patent.
Meeting targets – SOP, production volume, quality of process and products, conformity of APQP and PPAP requirements.
Responsibility for management of Product Development, Engineering, Process Development, and Industrial Engineering Teams.
Management, motivation, and development of subordinates.

Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
Good and strong leadership skill on communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and others those are necessary to do this job without conflict.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
Company transportation from Ba Ria- Vung Tau,District 2, Thu Duc District, Bien Hoa city to Nhon Trach.
Good command of English, good computer skills MS (word, excel…)
Knowledge about 3D CAD Systems (Catia).
Have good systematic thinking, analytical skill.
Experience in the Position of Technical Manager in Automotive Industry, experience with Composites Materials for Automotive, Aircraft Sporting goods.
Direct experience withIATF16949, Lean Manufacturing,APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, 7 QC tools, TQM, SPC and other problem- solving techniques etc.
